Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm raising money so that other people who have cancer can get the same amazing support I had from Macmillan. 
Cancer is terrifying, it really is. You are faced with your own potential mortality and you wonder if you are going to make it through to the other side...Macmillan were as caring and supportive as my own family and friends and they gave me so much help and support while the medical team was busy saving my life.
It is hugely important to me that other people get the same level of support as I did when I had cancer.
Most of us know someone with cancer - and many of us have lost friends and family members. My Dad and Aunt both died of cancer.
I feel so incredibly lucky - and I want to pass it on. Please give generously - and please come to the gig - it will blow you away with joy and marvelousness!! That's what it is really all about - celebrating life; after all, it’s the only one we've got.
