Our Proud Baggies team are all in training ahead of the Birmingham Black Country Half Marathon taking place on Saturday 7th November 2020.

The Half Marathon is a unique point to point race along canal towpaths starting in Wolverhampton City Centre & finishing in Brindley Place, Birmingham.

As a team we’ll be fundraising for The Albion Foundation, the official partner of West Bromwich Albion Football Club. As patrons of The Albion Foundation, Proud Baggies work closely with the charitable arm of the club on fundraising, LGBTQ+ awareness & visibility & work in the local community. The Albion Foundation’s vision is to create a Proud Albion Family, Engaged, Inspired & Achieving it’s Potential. They use the power of football to deliver excellent in Wellbeing, Behaviour Change & Active Lifestyles. Their goal is to deliver 10 million hours & make a difference to 100,000 lives, in the next 10 years.

Remember - Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast & totally secure. Once you’ve donated, they'll send your money directly to the charity, so it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time & cutting costs for the charity. They’ll also make sure Gift Aid (an additional 25%) is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, meaning more money goes to the charity.
