Hi...my name is Bek & I am organising the Walk for Finn 2019, to raise money for the amazing charity called Missing People. Myself & a group of 35 or so friends will be undertaking this challenging walk across Cornwall on the 28th & 29th June 2019. The Smugglers Way, Cornwall, UK is a walk from Looe on the South coast of Cornwall to Boscastle on the North coast, & is 60km long.  After walking across Cornwall for two days we will arrive in Boscastle where we will be having a well deserved celebration at the famous Cobweb Inn on the evening of the 29th June.

So... The reason that I am organising this walk...My son Finn has been missing since the 8th July 2017, which at the time of setting up this Just Giving page is 22 months ago. Finn is so loved & missed so much by us all, & is never from our minds. The charity Missing People, which Finn has been registered with since he went missing, have been by my side throughout this difficult journey. Myself & my family have had access to so many services that the charity provide when a loved one is missing, & they have shown nothing but compassion for our situation. The goals for undertaking this walk are to raise awareness of Finn, raise money for Missing People who have helped us every week since Finn went missing, & continue to do so, & also to raise awareness of the charity in the southwest.

In March 2018 myself & friends did the first ever 'Walk For' for Missing People by walking The Saints Way. We raised a considerable sum of money for Missing People on that walk. So I am really proud to be undertaking the Walk for Finn 2019 to raise as much as we possibly can this year, & to be able to give something back to the charity that has helped us so much. So all it leaves me to do now is to ask you to donate as generously as you feel you can. Thank you so much in advance lovely people...
