I am doing a walk pier to pier on ME/CFS awareness day... Saturday May 12th 2018, 12:00 wearing blue and supporting an association close to my heart! The main goal here is to raise awareness and if in the meantime we can gather some funds to help for research then that’s an added bonus!!☺️

 I would love people to join me to help raise awareness for a disabling illness which is in some cases very much invisible and there for unappreciated and unknown! I was diagnosed with this last year and only then did I understand or even want to understand the effects it has! This walk is likely to consist of lots of stops and breaks... I would like to start at Sunderland pier and walk to South Shields pier, wearing blue of course and would love for you to join me on my walk with ME.
