Mike and myself have decided to cycle to Lands End from Bristol starting on the 22nd Aug 2009 over the period of a few days to raise money for Cancer Research Uk.

We will be following the coastal route venturing inland occasionally as the route requires, camping out at pre determined sites on the way. In total the distance will be roughly 300 backside busting Miles of both on and off road tracks. Neither of us have done anything like this before and know it will be both fun and challenging, We would both be very grateful for your support in this very worthy cause.
