I am donning the Lycra once again, this time for charity!

I will be representing Shrewsbury Town FC this year as part of the annual Men United challenge of cycling 150 miles from London to Amsterdam. Help me raise the £1,000.00 for this fantastic cause!

In the UK Prostrate Cancer is the most common cause of cancer in men, one man dies every hour.  This charity is fighting Prostrate Cancer on every front - through research, support, information and campaigning.

We all know someone who is or has been affected by cancer, so please dig deep!
