We are a small organisation committed to improving the lives of children and young people with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 by giving them the opportunity to meet others with the condition here and in the USA at specially arranged camps. We also aim to organise days out for families and fund research

Story

I wasn't going to fund-raise this year but if i'm doing the event then why not?

I'm launching this on Neurofibromatosis Day, during Neurofibromatosis Month, it may be difficult to say and spell but it's OK i have Google.

I am doing an 8 hour solo running event its 5k (3.1Miles) laps and the plan is to do as many as i can in the 8 hours, I would love to complete at Ultra (10 laps) but i would be equally happy to manage to run a continuous half marathon and then see what else i can manage.

It's OK i'm not some crazy 10 year old trying to run too far, i'll be 11 on the day (just about)

I've chosen this charity as they have given Jacob my brother lots of opportunities and been a real support for him.

Thanks for any donations you make, and i'll let everyone know how i get on!
