The Tall Ships Youth Trust is dedicated to the personal development of young people through the crewing of ocean going sail training vessels. Volunteering for the Trust has been immensely rewarding - first and foremost because I can see the impact sailing can have on young people from all walks of life, but also because it has helped me develop personally, and inspired me to take on bigger sailing challanges.
