On Friday 15th March I will be taking part in the Jerusalem Marathon 2019 to run for the Shabbat Walk in Israel. Your donation can really help me smash this goal.

The money raised in this marathon will help to facilitate the GIFT Shabbat Walk Israel project enabling Yeshiva and Seminary students to give up their spare time to help visit those who need some company, friendship and mentoring. This project promotes hours of Chessed and helps to enhance the Yeshiva/Sem experience by giving opportunities to all. As a volunteer when I was in High School and now whilst I am in Yeshiva, I can see how important it is for both the volunteers and the families.

The families that receive volunteers constantly express how much they appreciate the volunteers and what a difference they have made to their lives. In addition to this, we, as volunteers, can agree that the experience has been amazing for us and we are honoured to be involved in such a great organisation.
