Raising funds and awareness for The Movember Foundation, who focus on the often overlooked area of men's health. In particular Prostate cancer, Testicular cancer and Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.

As we all want to get stuck in, but not all of us are as talented in the bristles department (too much estrogen!), we will be setting ourselves various challenges throughout the month. Focusing on getting active and improving our own health.
