On Saturday 12 October, the whole family is taking part in the RBC Race for the Kids. This is a 5k family fun run that will see thousands of people of all abilities walk, wheel, jog or run their way to the finish line to raise money and help to make a difference to the lives of seriously ill children from across the UK.

Then on Sunday, while everyone else is recovering, I am going to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon.
