The Royal British Legion

We provide a lifetime of care and support to the UK Armed Forces and their families

Charity Registration No. 219279

Story

I have served in the army for eleven and half years and have deployed on 4 active operational tours. Unfortunately, I have had friends killed in action and also witnessed trauma inflicted on friends that were lucky enough to survive. I strongly believe that the Royal British Legion has helped change soldiers and thier dependants lives and rehabilitated them to function in the real world back home. And that's why this charity is getting my support.

It takes a lot for people to sign up to the forces and do what needs doing knowing the dangers, the least we can do is try and support them when they need it most.

So... My plan is to complete a series of challenges and then in March I head off to ridearound the world on a motorcycle solo

The journey will take me through all of Europe, into Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and Siberia. From here I shall ship myself and the bike into North america to then head south through Central and South America hopefully arriving at the bottom before returning back to Europe to complete the journey.
