As majority of you know on the 10 October 2010, i will be running or as the case may actually be 'attempting to run' the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Tommy's Charity.

For the last few months to some people's much entertainment i have dragged myself to run at least four times a week...and even for the last two weeks i have been training in desert conditions of 50 degrees...dedication at its finest!!

I have choosen Tommy's as my charity as it is a charity very close to my heart. Tommy's is dedicated to reducing the number of people affected by pregnancy complications. Fifteen years ago sadly my parents experienced the pain and heartache of having a son born stillborn. Since then as a family we have had a very close relationship with this charity.
