ABL Group are fundraising for AWARE. 

A number of staff from ABL Group will be participating in the Dragon Boat Race event which will be taking place on Saturday 29th of June 2019.

AWARE is the depression charity for Northern Ireland - and the only charity working exclusively for people with depression and bipolar disorder.

AWARE provide:

25 ‘life-saving’ support groups in local communities throughout Northern Ireland.

Online support groups.

Various ‘life-saving’ education programmes into our schools, colleges, workplaces & communities – to equip young & old with the knowledge/skills to deal with stressful life situations & build resilience to deal with life’s challenges.
