Works will be carried out in small manageable phases, in sha’ Allah.

Phase 1: Basement Groundworks and Steelworks Summary [COMPLETED]

Demolish and dispose to suit new floor plan (dwg 034-100 A)
Gutting out of all walls and cielings
Groundwork for pillars, and major underpinning of building
Upgrading of electric & gas Supplies
Gutting out all of GF
Damproofing of all external walls
Create basement area for future potential development
Fabricate, supply and fit new steel structure on three floors including new mezzanine floor, and associated builders’ work
(17 tonnes of steel to create new pillars and floors and take out existing timber pillars)Build complete new ground Floor with new joists and timber flooring  

 

Phase 2: External Works Summary [COMPLETED]

New 3 small roofs at rear and major repair works
Sandblasting entire building and perimeter walls
Pointing of entire building and perimeter walls
New aluminium gutters and downpipes throughout
Scaffolding on all four elevations and tower
Perimeter wall – repair and new build on Devonshire Street                        
New aluminium windows on all the Ground Floor

Alhamdulillah, Phase 1 & 2 and have been completed at a total cost of £190,000

Phase 3: Internal Works and Completion of Ground Floor Summary  (£300,000):
