Its been a pretty hectic 12 months for me. I have now lost nearly 11 stone and have battled with a number of health challenges and I feel like this is the perfect opportunity to give back.
On 30th April, I will be cycling over 230 miles from the Brink Cafe, Action on Addiction’s Liverpool outreach Cafe to the Charity’s headquarters Cloud’s House in Wiltshire. For a complete cycling novice this will be quite a challenge.
Mindful of the great opportunity I have had, I am hoping to raise a large sum for Action on Addiction. I feel that addiction is often ignored and pushed to one side and there are numerous cases where this charity has proven to be life changing.
Please remember the money is not for me it’s for some less fortunate than me. Help me help others! #Lets Do It
