We Develop scuba diving programmes to Rehabilitate seriously injured people

Story

Deptherapy seeks to rehabiltate UK Armed Service personnel and veterans who have suffered life changing physical and or mental injuries/illnesses through specially designed scuba diving programmes Research in the USA has shown the positive effects of scuba diving on those with high levels of physical challenge and for victims of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder a reduction of 80% in reported symptomsWe know that we don't just change lives, we save livesWe need your help to run more programmes, your support will change and save lives

We plan on setting a record to raise funds for the charity for the youngest person ever to complete the three peak challenge 

Myself and my son who would of only just turned six will set off to undertake 

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, often within 24 hours.

The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance. The total driving distance is 462 miles.
