Hopefully you've just read our facebook page, and already know that the two of us are putting our easily bruised buttock skin on the line, in the name of a good cause.

We're cycling from Lands End to John O Groats, getting soaked to the bone, freezing vital parts, wobbling in the backdraft of lorries, sharing a tent for over two weeks AND eating food from the Little Chef, so that you guys might give a little summinsummint to the Red Cross (inspired by a desire to contribute towards aid for the crisis in Darfur, links on the Facebook page, which we'd love you to read if you get a chance, and write to your MP.... too much?). 

You don't have to go all billy big bucks, anything is an added aceness.
