My dad and I will be running (or attempting to run) the Robin Hood half marathon in September. We are running to raise money and awareness for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research because it is an incredibly worthwhile cause. We will be running in memory of my friend Chin and to try to raise some money to help other individuals struck by the illness and their loving families whose lives are also deeply affected. The charity has helped to stop more people dying from blood cancer every year since it began 50 years ago and is researching methods to prevent people from developing blood cancers in the first place.
