Well if I'm going to have a mid life crisis I may as well do it by being healthy and tapping up all those people I've sponsored in the past. On September 24th I'll be riding in the Velo Birmingham. Its 100 miles in a day and I've never riden that far before, so its quite a challenge.

I'll be raising money for the Alzheimer's society. Both of my wife's parents died with the disease and my aunt is currently suffering from it.
