As part of AFCB women’s first team we have all seen how mental health has affected people in many ways. Personally some of us have been affected by it or someone we know has. It can be a difficult thing to deal with alone and is easier if you can talk to someone. Therefore by helping support a charity it aids them in being able to support others.
