As someone who lived life in a refugee camp before, I fully understand the struggle these poor families and children go through daily. Imagine a kid waking up with no hope of a meal in the morning,  yet he has to go to school for hours with no food in his stomach and most likely he will go to bed hungry.

These camps receive little or no help from outside world and with no media coverage at all. Charity Right work focuses on providing food to schools and families from the world’s poorest places, getting communities back on their feet and into education. For more information about Charity Right and stories of their beneficiaries visit their website.

Their work has inspired me and I have taken upon myself a challenge to do something to change the situation for these children. I will be running in The British 10K London Run this summer to raise funds and bring joy into these innocent souls.
