I am currently almost half way though my Land's End to John O'Groats cycle trip, a journey of almost 1000 miles!

Parkinson’s UK – is a Charity working to find a cure & to support & improve the quality of Life for everyone affected by Parkinson’s. My Father has this condition having being diagnosed some 8 years ago at the age of 59, Their support to him has been very valuable & welcome as he lives with the condition.
