So for 2015 I thought I would do two races for the Demelza House, a children's hospice charity based in Kent.

I did plan on doing five races however that was a bit ambitious so I have completed two (the Staines 10K I ran to raise funds for the Nepal appeal) and one to go, the Great South Run.

May 17th Staines 10K (ran for the DEC appeal for Nepal)

June 14th Orpington High Elms 10K

Oct 25th Great South Run
