At a recent event, I was reminded of the fantastic work COPS does.  I have seen first hand the impact their support can provide to the families  left behind when those brave men and women, who put themselves in harm’s way to keep us safe, tragically make the ultimate sacrifice.  Please check out the website - ( https://m.facebook.com/ukcop and http://www.ukcops.org)  to see what invaluable work this organisation provides to the families coping with devastating loss of their loved one whilst on duty. 

So, inspired by the Spartan event of last year, I wanted to really test myself this year.  Not a runner and having not completed a half marathon never mind a full marathon before, I thought the Mhor Trilogy ( https://www.runmhor.net) sounded like a good event to rectify that.  

With some hard work over the winter and continuing through the better months and inspired by the beautiful surrounds of Balquhidder mountains and hills! I hope to complete the runMhor trilogy of a 10k in April; half marathon in June and full marathon in August.
