Last year my best mate Des lost his fight against Cancer in such a brave and with dignity in such a positive manner. He has left a big hole in so many people's lives including mine, that i want to continue my running and fundraising for this charity with every step in his honor.....and of course a celebration pint for completing it with the obligatory - one for the ditch!
