Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This May we will be walking 100km up and down the Union Canal in one day in memory of my mum, Anne Burns.

My Mum was an amazing woman who sadly passed away from breast cancer in 2018. Although cancer is a part of her story, she is better remembered for the love and laughter she brought to everyone in her life, especially to her family. My Mum loved raising money for cancer research - she ran the race for life, and the local charity shop knew her by name. I want to honour that by doing something I think she’d be proud of, and raising money for worldwide cancer research, who fund lifesaving cancer research all around the world.
