I intend to run as much as my legs will allow me to raise money for my cause. 

My target is £29,000 as this is the cost of an 8 seater adapted minibus which David Lewis use to help disabled children and adults.

Having a disabled son myself I know how vital these can be.

I recently ran the salford 10K around salford quays with 3500 other runners.  I am now in training for the 2015 runs, and will be posting my progress.

Thanks for your help, it encourages me to fight harder for the things that are important in life.
