Please note above states Castle Howard Triathlon.. well unfortunately due to a heroic Dad injury, I broke my ankle in July 2 weeks before the event. After recovery, physio and starting training all over again I'm back up to speed and barring an absolute disaster on 26th September I am taking part in the Hever Castle Triathlon. The event consists of:

 1.5km Swim

 40km Bike 

10km run.

As well as for my own wellbeing and proving that despite having 3 kids "I've still got it", I'm doing this to raise money for Accuro who I worked for as a volunteer on the Under 19s scheme some years back

So who are Accuro?

Accuro are a a provider of services to people with a disability in West Essex. For over 30 years Accuro have been enabling people to improve the quality of their lives by offering unrivalled services to children, young people and adults with a disability and their families providing a range of services developed in response to specific, identified local needs.

Where will your donation go?

I have seen at first hand what a positive effect donations have, from providing equipment, to funding well needed days out. Accuro need all the support they can get and knowing I am raising money for this charity will drive me on even further. I simply want to do more for what is an amazing service.
