Unite Against Cancer need little introduction. A small charity motivating an ever-growing community to defeat the disease, and manifesting progress in gestures such as the recent funding of a Masters scholarship in Cancer Sciences at Glasgow University.

The charity is set up in memory of Chris Smith, a great friend and true lad. It is Chris we Unite for every day, just as much as we Unite for our family and other friends who have suffered from the disease. Thank you so so much for your donation, and for Uniting with us in the battle against cancer.

An Ironman consists of a 4km (2.4 mile) swim, 180km (112 mile) cycle and a 42km (26 mile) marathon within a strict 17 hour cut off. Luxury, some might say.
