I’m OutRunning May for Macmillan Cancer Support. I’ve set myself a challenging target for the month of a minimum of 80miles which will push me out of my comfort zone. With your help, I will achieve it – one run at a time.

The lovely Macmillan nurses will be taking good care of my lovely dad for the next 6 months while he has his chemotherapy so I have set my minimum target as to reflect the cost of funding a nurse for 3 days! 

Just goes to show how important raising money for this charity really is! I'm so grateful they are there for my dad!

All my runs for may will be recorded on Strava to show how far I have managed to run - I will start on the 1st and finish the last day of May! Who knows I may even manage to lose a little weight along the way !!

I will update on here and Facebook throughout may as to my progress :-)
