** 𝙄'𝙈 𝙁𝙐𝙉𝘿𝙍𝘼𝙄𝙎𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙁𝙊𝙍 𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙏𝙔! (210 DAYS TO GO) **

Hi everyone,

This October, I'm cycling over 500km across Malawi with my dad for a charity called Transaid.

Transaid is an international development organisation operating in 23 countries to provide safe, available, and sustainable transport. People living in rural Africa often struggle to access vital services. 75% of maternal deaths can be avoided through timely access to vital childbirth-related healthcare.

Transaid works to transform rural access to these vital services, enabling those in rural communities to reach health services when they are most needed by providing access to sustainable transport systems.

Malawi has been "home" to three generations of my family, including my dad who is also joining me in the challenge - so it's a cause that's very important to me personally. The incredible challenge will take us on a five-day cycle across Malawi. Starting in Senga, we’ll set out on a ride covering some long distances and challenging climbs, and finish in Mulanje, close to the Mozambique border.

Our team's total fundraising target is £16,000 - an ambitious target but with your support and donations, we'll be that one step closer. I would be very grateful if you would consider making a donation (even small amounts help!) to help us in our fundraising efforts.
