This time last year, we hadn't really cycled since school and somehow we thought is would be a 'really good idea' to challenge ourselves and cycle to Paris for a good cause...(mostly Claire thought it was a good idea but hey!)

So with bikes purchased, training done and a few scuffs and bruises on the way... we are due to set off from London on 3rd September 2016, cycling between 60 and 90 miles a day for 3 days. 

We know it's going to be hard, we hope to be able to keep smiling throughout but the hard work will all be worth it when we arrive in Paris.  Your support will make it worthwhile.
