My name is Shane Finn & in the Spring/Summer of 2019 I am going to Ultra Cycle & Ultra Run across the USA. Starting on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco and finishing on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City in aid of Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland. A cause very close to my heart.

The adventure is going to take the crew & I 36 days to complete. I will be alternating from three days on the bike to three days running. For example 250-300km per day on the bike for three days and then 50-60km per day running for three days.

In 2017 I ran 24 Marathons in 24 Days around Ireland and I want to keep both the momentum and positivity from that event going!
