Story

Teddy our 8 year old son has chosen to raise money for Dementia UK in memory of his Nan who sadly passed away at the beginning of October with Dementia.
Teddy will run and cycle 78 miles, a mile for each year of his nans life from the 25th October until the end of November, he is prepared to run and cycle in rain, wind or snow for this cause.

Teddy also has another fundraiser on Facebook we set up the just giving for the friends and family who do not have Facebook.

I'm taking on the Jog 50 Miles in November challenge to support families facing dementia across the UK. Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through their Admiral Nurse service. When things get challenging or difficult for people with dementia and their families, Admiral Nurses work alongside them, giving them compassionate one-to-one support, expert guidance and practical solutions that can be difficult to find elsewhere. * Share your personal story - why have you chosen to support Dementia UK by taking part in the Jog 50 Miles in November challenge?
