Over the last couple of years I have been confronted with the reality of cancer not in myself but in some very close friends,  and as a rugby tour has been cancelled I have decided to use that time productively so despite dodgy hips I am to walk the length of Northamptonshire from Stamford to Banbury in support of Cancer Research UK along the Jurassic Way. It’s a total of 88 miles.

I start on Saturday 24^th of May and finish Thursday 29th May. My route takes me through the villages of Harringworth, Stoke Albany, Welford, Ashby St. Ledger, and West Farndon before finishing in Banbury.

I am aiming to raise at least £1000.00 so any financial support will ease the pain which I am sure I am going to suffer. Thank you for your support
