We are a bunch of guys that are based at the Skills Development and Conference Centre in Kirkcaldy, who have decided to our little bit to help Shirley and those affected by MS. We have all watched Shirley as she has bravely battled this disease, her positivity and smile has made a huge impression on us all.

So after a discussion in the office we hatched a plan, we are not ones for bake sales or charity fun nights but we all like to ride our bikes. We have decided to cycle from one end of Fife to the other, this will be all off road and will take in the Fife Coastal Path and various rural paths on the way. We will be posting updates for the challenge so look out for ways to help and get involved.
