This will be my 1st Marathon and no better reason to run this for Action Mental Health and in memory a good friend of mine Unagh, who supported me through my weight loss journey and when I started running. As a person who suffers from mental health problems myself, please support myself and others like me to end the stigma around Mental Health folks and talk, it's okay not to be okay.
