Hi Everyone,

I am going to be running my first half marathon in October. I am running the Guy' and St Thomas' charity whose amazing support through the birth of my children has never and will never be forgotten.

My daughter who is now 8 was born via emergency caesarean and prior to that it was touch and go as to whether she'd survive....... without the expertise and never give up attitude of the staff I have my daughter here today.

My son who is 6 in April who was also born via an emergency caesarean, he spent a while in SCBU and had problems with his stomach , this entailed lots of tests and observations, plus visits to Evelina children's hospital , again the experience, expertise and  belief on staff was amazing. Both my children are happy, thriving and strong.
