We, Angie Atter and Aino-Maija Hirvonen, are registered nurses at the Martlets Hospice in Brighton.

We are about to go on an amazing experience with Camps International, a long-standing ethical volunteering company, on a healthcare outreach programme to, short staffed, rural health clinics in Kenya.

We have fully funded the trip ourselves, but are keen to raise donations for medical supplies. These are things we take for granted here, but in Kenya there never seems to be enough. Our goal is to raise £300, ideally more, to go towards such basics as gloves, aprons, dressing packs, wound dressings and bandages.We have fully funded the trip -so  every penny anyone contributes will add to the basic supplies we can take.
