As many of you will know I've done the Great North Run twice before, and this year I've decided to support Martin House Children's Hospice as my chosen charity. Martin House cares for children and young people with progressive life-limiting illnesses and also offers support to their families. The hospice is almost entirely funded by charitable donations, so please give whatever you can to help it keep up its great work.
