My son has recently started working for Age Cymru and it has brought to my attention the excellent service they offer to the older generation, from helping with shopping and general chores around the house to providing friendship and support to those who cannot get out of the house and are lonely and vulnerable.

We are all getting older and one day we may need their help......so PLEASE help me raise money so they can continue to provide support to those in the community who are in need of assistance.
