Thanks for visiting my page! I've been lucky enough to be selected to volunteer abroad with Restless Development on an International Citizen Service placement. Part of this placement involves the challenge of fundraising £1500, to go towards supporting ICS in sending youth volunteers (like me!) to the places they're most needed. So, I'm going to Zambia for 3 months!
Among other things, I've walked all 30 miles of the Clarendon Way, from Winchester to Salisbury Cathedral on 27th January, and I'd really appreciate any donation you can make! Every contribution from you will make a difference- thank you!
On 10th February I'm running a quiz and raffle at Silver Plough, Pitton- anyone is welcome! Tickets are £5 per person, including a raffle ticket each, so I hope you can join us for a fun evening.
Restless Development is championing a growing movement, led by a new generation that is more active, more connected and more able to lead the change needed than ever before. Our vision is that young people everywhere are able to demand and deliver a just and sustainable world. In the past 30 years our network of young volunteers has grown to over 17,000 people worldwide. They have trained, inspired and helped more than seven million children, young people, and community members in Africa, South Asia and the UK.
