Having decided that it was about time I took another step outside my comfort zone, the question was what to do?  White Water Rafting didn't immediately spring to mind as, yes I can swim but I'm not a strong swimmer, I don't do underwater and I don't much like getting my face wet in the shower!! Not wanting fear to get the better of me I talked about it with friends (once it's out there its harder to back out) Surprisingly a lot of them were up for the challenge too so now I am mustering all the bravado I can and going for it!!
