Happy New Year to you all!
Another year over, and what have you done?
This is not a New Year’s resolution post.
I am running the Chester Marathon 2019, fundraising for this small charity to help children to overcome problems of movement control.
I feel very proud and nervous at the same time taking on this huge challenge; however, this charity makes an incredible difference, giving children increased independence for the rest of their lives.
We take our health and movement for granted; by helping support this small but inspiring charity you can change a child’s life and their family’s for the better.
The Movement Centre is the ONLY provider of targeted training in the world. Targeted Training can benefit the children who have problems with movement control.
