As my friends know by now, I was written off by our health "experts" in November 2019 and told to be on a bag of pills for the rest of my life for what "they" told me is a lifelong heart condition... I had inflammation on my heart.

I have taken a different approach and with massive changes to diet and nutrition I embarked on a journey to heal myself and take control of my life and prove to them that it is not lifelong. Inflammation of any kind is totally reversible and a direct result of poor lifestyle.!! Since February 18th when I got myself a bike, i have riden over 1300 miles climbing over 65,000 feet (according to my strava statistics). I have felt my fitness and strength build as a result and after a few 40's and a 70 mile ride I feel like I could tackle a 3 figure ride for a good cause.

Anyway, enough of me and onto the reason for this post.

So guys, I plan to ride 1 HUNDRED MILES from my home in Barry South Wales to Tenby West Wales to raise money for the National Autistic Society!
This will be the longest ride I would have ever done and it will not be easy but this is the challenge that I have set 🤷‍♂️💪

I am setting the target at £1000. But of course anything over that would be amazing 🙏

The date to Rock N Roll is the 6th June which is the first Sunday of the month

I'm doing this in the names of my Son Archie and my Nephew Leo who are both on the spectrum 💙💙 But also for all the other children and adults out there who live with this on a day to day basis.

I would be grateful if you could all share this please and I would massively appreciate any donations no matter how big or small that would go toward this cause please 🙏❤

*Update, as of the 15th of May, we officially hit the 1000 pound target which is absolutely amazing. Thank you to every one of you who donated their money and chose to support me on the massive ride.

Today 16th of May we are now at 102 percent of target so we've exceeded the set target.!! Again this is absolutely fantastic and let's not stop there. Let's keep going and see just how much we can raise with 3 weeks left until the ride we can do this
