I am doing a Everesting!

What is a Everesting? 

I will be riding up and down the same hill until my overall height gain is greater than the size of mount Everest, 8848m. Provisionally I will be doing it up sky road in saddleworth, this is subject to change. 

It will hurt, it will be mental tough, I'm sure at least at one point there will be tears. But I am doing it for a amazing charity that I care a lot about Freedom from Torture. 

When? 

Provisionally I want to do this between Christmas and new year. But depending on the weather this may need to be pushed back to January or February. I can not risk cycling for 18 hours on potentially icy roads. Due to the length of time in the saddle and day light available much of the challenge will be in the dark!
