The importance of defibrillators came to light this year when, during the Euro’s, Denmark’s Christian Eriksen suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch in their opening game against Finland.
Following this the charity had many enquiries about defibrillators with people wanting to make their sporting environments safer, which is just brilliant!
Through your donations and funds raised, we will try to ensure defibrillators are placed within sporting organisations and the community is trained to use them effectively.

My aim is to raise as much funds as possible to put 2-3 (plus) defibrillators out into these sporting environments.

The challenge is not easy and I dread it every year and always say that’s my last. But when it comes down to the day and why I’m doing it, it’s always worth while knowing this day could help save a live.
