Team appiChar will be taking part in this years Tri For Life.  Apart from Louise, team coach, this is everyone's first Triathlon. We are all training hard, especially Adam who is learning to swim in order to take part so that alone is an incentive to dig deep! 

The team is Adam Monnery, Ian Ryder, Leigh Butler, Louise and Richard Ferriman.

We are doing this for mainly UK children's charities such as Help a London Child, Greenhouses Schools, Ray of sunshine Children's Charity so the money really is going to a very good place! We do know that many of you give very generously to your own charities already, but if you would be kind enough to sponsor team appiChar we would be very grateful.
