I have signed up for my first charity cycling challenge and what a way to start.  4 countries in 5 days, over 453 miles.  Simple hey!!!

As anyone who knows me will testify, exercise is not one of my strong points.  I used to enjoy going out on my road bike a few years and a few stone ago!!  However, I am up for the challenge and the training and all for this amazing cause.

Please give generously and enjoy the updates which will no doubt include lycra photo's and many hours of pain in the build up to this great event.

The fundraising goal is set at £5 for every mile cycled, but I would really like to exceed that if possible.
